It'll be a month in a week since the time we moved into our new home and just wanted to take some time to reflect upon our experience with using your real estate services. We became your client more than a year ago when we wanted to lease in downtown TO and I suppose it was one of the most hassle free searches as you found us a great apartment with everything we needed within our budget in only our second showing! A year later we began looking for our first home and while it did take close to 3 months (completely due to the crazy sellers market in Ontario driven by the pandemic as well), you were so patient when we lost offer after offer due to bidding wars, etc. 

You were mindful to caution us when we were getting carried away/losing patience and trying to bid on a house that wasn't worth it or if we were going over our budget (opposite to what most realtors would do) and just getting us 'something' wasn't your plan- you made sure we got a house we'd be completely satisfied and more than happy with, with a comfortable budget and in a great location! During our interactions. as first time home owners, you gave us invaluable advice with regards to maintaining. a home, fixing stuff, giving us knowledge about everything we needed to know as we'd only rented condos up until then! All in all, it just wasn't a transaction of buying a home but a complete packaged experience and we learnt a lot all throughout! The fact that you walked us through each document we were signing on, giving us pros and cons upfront and were there to take our calls with minor issues post moving and helped us through it all is also a testament to your great team and I highly recommend anyone in GTA to go with Luke and Eunice with their real estate needs and cannot stress enough on our great experience of buying our first home through them!
